Possible Defects Solution  1 - No hot water. The hot water valve in your apartment or the cold water valve in the terrace may be open. Please check.  2 - I can’t have hot enough water. *The weather may be cloudy or rainy.
*The water may be used up in short intervals.
*The hot water may be used from the newly installed system untimely.
*The system may have been installed in a shady location. Please call the technical support.
*The inner panels of the collector may be clogged due to calcification. Please call the technical support.
*Insulation may be leaking water. Please call the technical support.  
3 - Hardly any water is flowing.
*Valves may be closed. Please open them.
*Water-gauge openning may be clogged.
*Hot water storage outlet may be clogged due to calcification. Please call the technical support.
*If the system is new and the pipes are polypropylene, there may be blockage on welding points. Please call the technical support.
 4 - System leaks or drops water to the outside. *Both of the solar heating and storage water heating precipitator valves may be open.
*Storage may have a hole.
*Collectors may have a hole.
*Connection points may be leaking. Please call the technical support.
 
  B. GRAVITY-FLOW CLOSE MODE HEATING SYSTEM
 Possible Defects  Solution  1 - No hot water. A-Please check the solutions section of the Open Mode System.  2 - I can’t have hot enough water. * Check the water level of the open mode expansion tank; please fill water if there is none. If the expansion tank has a float valve, please make sure the float valve is working.
*Internal walls of the hot water storage may be calcified.
 3 - Hardly any water is flowing. A-Please check the solutions section of the OpenMode System.  4 - System leaks or drops water to the outside. A-Please check the solutions section of the OpenMode System.  
  C. GRAVITY-FLOWING PRESSURE SYSTEM AND FORCED CIRCULATION PRESSURE SYSTEM
Possible Defects  Solution  1 - No hot water. *Check the hot – cold water valves. Open them if they are closed.
*Pressure of the cold water is not enough. Air pressure tank or city water supply is inadequate.
